Welcome to Woodenshoes Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, located in both Anza and Oceanside, California. We show our dogs in AKC (American Kennel Club) and CKCSC (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club) shows.
We breed for happy, healthy dogs with good temperament and structure. We are members of the Cavalier Club of Southern California, the American Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club, and Cavaliers of the West, and are listed on all three organizations' breeder referral list. We are also members of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club, USA and The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club in The United Kingdom. Our kennel name is Woodenshoes because our foundation stock was originally imported from The Netherlands and also as a tribute to long time friends Jan and Karin Tak and the help they gave us in selecting our dogs.
